I had an absolute emergency today when my phone suffered severe water damage in the heavy rain. I rushed to SmartFIX and Irakli was incredibly professional. He immediately opened the device, cleaned it, and dried the motherboard, saving all my precious data from a short circuit. The screen unfortunately needs to be replaced due to the water damage, and Irakli is currently going out of his way to search for a new part to complete the repair for me. But he didn't just stop at the technical assistance. When I was ready to leave, my BOLT app wasn't working and I was stranded. Without hesitation, Irakli ordered a taxi for me using his own phone to make sure I got back to my hotel safely. Exceptional service, great skills, and a genuinely kind person. Can you replace just the glass?
Yes, through our partners: if the display is intact and shows the picture, only the top glass can be replaced. See the Screen glass replacement page.
What warranty do you give?
6 months. If something doesn't work right after the repair, bring the phone back and the technician will check it.
How much do diagnostics cost?
Diagnostics are free. You pay nothing, even if you decide not to repair.
What does the iOS unknown part message mean?
iOS shows it for a part that wasn't installed by Apple or isn't original. The phone works as usual; the message is visible in Settings.
