Repair times
- iPhone screen replacement — about 1 hour.
- iPhone battery replacement — about 30 minutes.
- For other repairs the technician will give you the time after diagnostics.
Part grades
Screens, batteries and back glass come in up to three part grades. Each price is shown in advance, and you choose the grade.

Non-original part, basic quality. The lowest price.

iOS messages about parts
Non-original screen on iPhone 11 and newer: iOS will show an unknown part message, and True Tone may not work.
Non-original battery on iPhone XS, XR and newer: iOS will show an unknown part message and won't show battery health.
Why Original costs more: with an original battery there is no unknown part message, and battery health is shown in Settings.

What does the iOS unknown part message mean?
iOS shows it for a part that wasn't installed by Apple or isn't original. The phone works as usual; the message is visible in Settings.
How long does a repair take?
A screen replacement takes about 1 hour and a battery about 30 minutes, while you wait. For complex repairs the technician will give you the time after diagnostics.
Will my data be safe?
Replacing a screen or battery usually doesn't touch your data. Still, it's best to make a backup before any repair.
