I had an absolute emergency today when my phone suffered severe water damage in the heavy rain. I rushed to SmartFIX and Irakli was incredibly professional. He immediately opened the device, cleaned it, and dried the motherboard, saving all my precious data from a short circuit. The screen unfortunately needs to be replaced due to the water damage, and Irakli is currently going out of his way to search for a new part to complete the repair for me. But he didn't just stop at the technical assistance. When I was ready to leave, my BOLT app wasn't working and I was stranded. Without hesitation, Irakli ordered a taxi for me using his own phone to make sure I got back to my hotel safely. Exceptional service, great skills, and a genuinely kind person. I cannot recommend this shop enough. Thank you so much, Irakli!
